We begin with 15 minutes in the somatic aerial swing, where the gentle, gravity-assisted movements promote deep relaxation. Followed by a personalized massage. Focused on relieving tension, promoting overall wellbeing and guiding you into a profound state of receivership. this session invites you to unwind, restore balance, and reconnect with your body's innate capacity for healing.

Therapeutic Massage
This focused treatment is deep tissue based to melt away stored tension and pain in your specific areas of concern. Whether you're dealing with a persistent knot, recovering from an injury, or experiencing chronic discomfort, this session is designed to provide targeted relief. Unlike a full-body massage, this is about giving dedicated attention to the spots that need it most. You can expect a session tailored to your unique needs, with a focus on releasing tension, reducing pain, and improving your overall well-being.
90 minutes: $240 or 2-hour: $300
The Deep Dive
Immerse yourself in a powerful 6-hour journey of deep healing and transformation. We’ll start by identifying blocks you’re ready to release over tea, followed a guided subconscious journey in the aerial swing to release negative patterns and integrate your inner child. Midway, we’ll break for lunch and a refreshing ocean walk, where you can choose to participate in a cleansing ritual. Returning, you’ll receive a 2.5-hour intensive bodywork session incorporating subconscious reprogramming to instill new, empowering patterns.

This powerful journey is your sanctuary for emotional release. With bodywork focused on supporting your physical & emotional body, coaching and the aerial swing, we'll help unlock stored emotions and tension. This is a safe space for your full expression, where all emotions are welcome – grief, rage, joy, or anything in between. As you release what no longer serves you, you'll create space for vitality and renewal in your body and life.
2 hours: $400
This offering is designed to honor and promote healing in the female body by focusing on areas often overlooked in traditional massage. Through intentional touch and intuitive guidance, this session aims to release stored emotions, alleviate shame and reconnect you with your innate feminine wisdom. This sacred experience includes a heart-opening breast massage designed to improve lymphatic flow and address cystic tissue. As well as a womb and belly massage that enhances digestion, releases emotional blockages, and reconnects you with your creative center. Embrace this opportunity to honor your body's wisdom and nurture your feminine essence.
